Fantastic and Classic 1971 Mini Cooper S! Finished in white with contrasting black roof and fender flares. 1275cc engine runs beautifully and has been tastefully modified with roller rocker arms and a mild cam. The original generator has be replaced with an alternator for added reliability. The 4 speed transmissions shifts smoothly with a crisp, positive feel between gears. Acceleration is smooth and swift. The engine revs freely and pulls strong through all gears. Outside the paint is very nice, all trim and chrome is strait and clean. Four auxiliary driving lights upfront add to the sporting, aggressive look of the car. Upgraded 12" minilite style wheels give the car a fantastic stance and enhance the cars famous "glued too the road" handling characteristics. The black interior is very clean with tasteful aftermarket seats installed up front. They are vastly more comfortable than the stock units, with sturdy bolstering on the sides to keep the driver and passenger comfortably in place during spirited drives. Don't let the size of the car fool you, it is remarkably roomy inside. (I am 6'2" and do not feel at all cramped) All lights, gauges, and electrical equipment work including the heater and blower. Being a Mark III Mini this car also features wind up windows, as opposed the the sliding windows of the earlier models. This a fantastic little driver that's ready for a Sunday drive to the beach or a weekend trip to the track.
