1938 Cadillac Series 90 V16 Limousine For Sale or Trade This is an exceptional motorcar, the Cadillac Sixteen 7-passenger sedan. Style 9023 powered by V16 motor. Luxury interior appointments, including Ten Wise cloths, natural burled walnut, smoking equipment, two fold-out jump seats, foot rest. The Cadillac Sixteen was one of America's most expensive cars--the 7 Passenger Sedan listed for $5420. The 1938 Cadillac 16 cylinder engine is the result of several years' development by Cadilalc engineers for the purpose of making sixteen cylinder smoothness and performance. The power plant was designed for smoothness and durability. Recently recommissioned mechanically, the motor runs strong. There are two known mechanical issues, both can be attended to by our Motorland Service Center: replace starter relay and rebuild steering box. A compression test was performed January 2017--all 16 cylinders showed results in good, normal range.
