2002 Honda S2000, finished in Suzuka Blue with a contrasting blue leather interior. Enthusiast owned and well cared for stock example. Stored winters. Orginally from North Carolina and Virginia, the car has never seen adverse weather or winter roads. Award winning car on the Autocross circuit.
The body and paint are in great condition with the exception of some stone pitting on the front bumper and a few minor dings. The paint is original and has a fantastic shine. The interior is immaculate with just some light wear showing on the driver seat bolster. The seats are very comfortable and supportive. The lights, radio, climate control, and power top all work well. The top is good with two small patches stitched to the passenger side rear in a typical wear area. The top is water tight. The undercarriage is in very good condition. The BF Goodrich tires are high performance oriented and do show some wear. Recent service work includes:
-Oil and Filter change with Shell Rotella T6 oil and Honda filter
-Front and rear brake pads, new caliper slides and bushings in the rear
-Serpentine belt and tensioner
-Transmission oil change using Honda fluid @ 99k miles
-Differential oil using Redline Synthetic @ 93k miles
-Valve Spring retainers and close tolerance valve job @ 82k miles
The S2000 is the last truly innovative and bold product to come from Honda and is destined to be a classic. Finding clean, stock examples is only going to get harder. This is a modern classic that you can drive and enjoy everyday. Amazing handling and Honda reliability...what's not to love!
