1965 Lincoln Continental convertible--a great driving cruiser. Finished in Willow Gold exterior with a complimentary Persian Gold interior, this car has excellent mechanicals and a brand new exhaust system installed July 2013. An unmolested survivor, this convertible offers great possibilities. Great patina, you can drive and enjoy the car as-is. The original paint is good (very good overall but the rear deck lid has some amateur paint touch ups) and the original leather interior has a great overall look with an even crackled interior that has no rips or tears and reminds you of a favorite grandfather's club chair. Chrome and trim are great. The convertible top will need some sorting out: every motor and mechanism works strong, including header latch, deck lid, sail panel, roof but there is some tuning work required, we believe, with the relays and swtiches to consistently go through the cycle. Excellent engine mechanicals--a great driver. New exhaust installed Summer 2013. NADA Blue Book value is $29,200 for average retail condition and $55,400 for high retail condition, so this car is priced with plenty of upside if you want to take the car to the next level.
